I am a proud mom to two incredible young adults who inspire me daily. A huge animal and nature lover, and until recently, my favourite thing would be to get out into the woodlands at every possible chance.  A recent change in my mobility means I have to be more careful in woodland areas now, but I still get out into the countryside whenever I can, often with my camera in hand.

I had always worked with young children, but some joint issues made me need a total knee replacement in August 2021. Along with some other joint issues, I am no longer mobile enough to stay in the role and left my position of 11 years in March 2022.

I found the change in mobility hard, so during this time, a friend gave me the challenge to create some products for him as a way to occupy the newly found time on my hands. This led me to create Lather & Dab, so I like to think that all things happen for a reason.
