Hi I'm Mel - thats me in the photo wearing my paper crown on my birthday this year. I started my origami journey in 2014 when I folded my first flowers which I popped into a vase to display in my own home. Since then I've been hooked! I've made 100s of origami gift bouquets for all sorts of occasions, and over 9000 of my unique origami world heart cards have been sent out to customers all over the UK (including one purchased for a very famous member of parliament's birthday in 2021 ! but shhh that's top secret!).

I also love making origami star garlands and butterfly flutter frames. There's hardly a day goes by when I don't fold paper and I'm a bit of a magpie when it comes to collecting beautiful paper designs to add to my already huge paper stash.
