FAQ
The cost of the listing is £10.00, this will be payable once your application has been approved. You will then receive a link to the members registration area. Payment can be made via Paypal or Credit/Debit card. Your 1 year subscription begins from your payment date.
You can login with your username and password you set during registration and payment. You can login at the top right of the website using the ‘Account’ button. If you lose or forget your password you can reset it here.

Login to your own control panel, add or remove images, edit text and information as often as you like.
Add your Markets, Craft fairs and events to our calendar.
We currently only accept people who are crafters or associated with the craft community in the UK. We do not accept members who are outside the UK or are a business involved in mass production or antiques. We reserve the right to refuse any subscription we deem inappropriate.
If your account is not appropriate for inclusion in the directory and payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

No. The directory is predominantly a platform listing, for you to showcase what you do as a self promotional tool. You can however use the social media and other links to direct your visitors to you own selling platforms e.g. Etsy, Ebay or your own website etc.
Yes, all directory members will have access to our YouTube channel with tutorials on how to get the most from your listing.
